September 27 07 207 The West Essex YMCA strives to offer the highest possible quality in our facilities, programs and service to our members and participants.  We are always open to suggestions for ways that we can improve our services to you. If however, for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, we will issue a full refund of the unused portion of that service.

Suggestion Box
Your constructive comments are always welcome! A suggestion box is located on the side table at the Welcome Center area. Suggestions are utilized to provide quality service to our Members. Please feel free to talk to any Staff Member.

Valuables
West Essex YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. You may bring in your own lock. Any locks left overnight will be removed and the contents of the locker will be held at the Welcome Center for 2 days. For your peace of mind, leave your valuables at home.

Class Refund/Make-ups
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel, combine or modify program due to insufficient enrollment. If a program is cancelled by the YMCA, every attempt will be made to place the enrollee in another section of the same level program. If the enrollee cannot be accommodated, a full refund or credit will be offered. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued for any other reason. Please attend your scheduled class as make-up classes are not available for non-attendance. No credits or refunds will be given. If a class is missed due to illness or injury a credit may be issued if a doctor’s note accompanies the request. Credits are good for one year.
