Registration Forms

Priority registration for the 2010 - 2011 is now open through March 14, 2010 for families currently enrolled in the West Essex YMCA's School Age Child Care Programs. Complete the registration form below for your child's school and return with payment to secure your child's spot in our programs.

General program registration opens March 15, 2010. Spaces in our programs are limited. Early registration is recommended.

The completed registration form and payment is required to enroll your child in our programs. Additional Parent Pack paperwork must be signed and completed by the parent/guardian prior to the child starting in the program. The Parent Paperwork will be available May1, 2010.
