Registration for the 2012 - 2013 School Year:

To secure your child's spot in one of our programs for 2012-2013, please print and complete all forms below:

• Please click on the program your child will be enrolled in and complete paperwork in its’ entirety.

Along with the registration form, please print and complete the Child Care Auto Pay Agreement (optional), and review the School Age Child Care Parent Handbook.
