Attention Early Risers! We Have a New Opportunity at Our Welcome Center! We are looking for friendly, out-going individuals to work from
4:30am to 7:30am Monday thru Friday. Qualified applicants must be committed to outstanding customer service with prior reception and/or office work experience, solid computer skills and a proven ability to multi-task in a high energy and fast paced environment. After School Childcare Program Staff Wanted –Do you want a part time job where you can make a difference and have fun every day? Energetic and enthusiastic people wanted to join our After School Childcare Program staff team.

Site Supervisor – Organized person with experience leading staff and working with children in a group setting required for after school programs in Caldwell and livingston. Must be available Mon – Fri from 2:15pm – 6:00pm. High school diploma required, college credits/degree preferred.

After School Program Assistants - Experience working with children in a group setting preferred. A minimum of a High School diploma required. Positions available at our program sites in Livingston, Roseland, Caldwell and West Orange.

Our Wellness Dept is looking for certified personal trainers who are also CPR and AED certified to work in our Fitness Centers.

Part time hours are available in three different work shifts:

Morning Hours Sunday thru Saturday - Early AM to Noon:
Trainers will be working with a mixed clientele, by appointment.

Weekday hours from 12 noon to 5pm:
Trainers will be working directly with our active older adults, teens and adults with special needs.

Weekday evening hours from 5PM to 10PM:
Trainers will be working primarily with an adult clientele, by appointment.

Volunteer - The YMCA is a volunteer driven organization. Without them we could not provide our community with the extensive services and programs we offer. Volunteers provide enhancement to activities designed to meet the needs and interests of the members, program participants and youth. Volunteers develop leadership skills, develop a high sense of self-esteem and increase the opportunity to demonstrate the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility through programs and services. There are many opportunities throughout the year when we have need for volunteers. Perhaps it is help during a special event, or with the youth programs: it might even be with some office work or help during a fund raiser.
