Cardio & Core Conditioning
This class is for those early risers who want to “jump-start” their day with a vigorous workout. Intense cardio work & muscle conditioning drills are combined to kick-start your day.

Cardio Interval Training (intermediate to advanced)
This class brings your heart rate up and shapes your muscles. A great fat burning workout that exercises every muscle group with challenging intervals of aerobic activities and weight training.

Interval Step/Sculpt (beginner to advanced)
This class helps to burn fat and calories by alternating intervals of aerobic work with resistance training. A step platform is utilized for cardio drills, while dynabands, hand weights or body bars may be incorporated for muscle conditioning.

Kick Box Aerobics (intermediate to advanced)
This exciting workout combines boxing and Tae Kwon Do techniques with aerobic moves to create a fun, challenging cardiovascular workout. Both men and women can work their bodies from head to toe.

Rise and Shine Aerobics
(beginner to advanced)
This ever-changing workout is designed to offer early risers a series of workouts to kick-start the day. Each workout will vary: sometimes it’s cardio-interval, sometimes it’s straight cardio, but it’s always a total hour of fun and fitness. Thirty minutes of muscle conditioning is followed by 25 minutes of aerobics. High and low impact options are always offered.

Pilates
(beginner to intermediate)
Strengthen your core, learn body control and balance as this class incorporates Pilates mat techniques for an overall body workout. Learn exercises based on the principles originated by Joseph Pilates to gain flexibility and strength while reshaping your body!

Aerobics 020707 027small cheryl Yoga (beginner to intermediate)
Develop flexibility and enhance your strength with classic postures from various yoga styles. Create a sense of calmness and balance for your and your mind body by focusing on breathing through the  various yoga asanas. This class can improve your health and create a sense of well being. Become more relaxed and stress free!

Yoga Tone
(beginner to intermediate)
Create firmer abs, leaner legs, and stronger arms. A total body conditioning workout that combines the best of yoga poses and Pilates style exercises to encourage muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Stability balls may occasionally be incorporated.

Yogilates
This is the perfect class for yoga and pilates lovers. Yoga asanas and mat pilates exercises are combined, for an hour of body shaping fun.

Cardio Ball
(beginner to advanced)
Strengthen your core muscles and shape your entire body by utilizing the stability fitness ball. This class combines aerobics activities with muscle conditioning. This workout is excellent for all fitness levels.

Zumba (beginner to intermediate)
Take a high energy  cardio class and add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA! Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout that will blow you away.

Sculpt & Stretch (beginner to advanced)
This is a non-aerobic workout that consists of stretching, strengthening and toning of the entire body. Stability balls, hand weights or bands are often used. Core muscle conditioning is emphasized.

Body Fitness (beginner to advanced)
This class creates a muscle conditioning exercise program that will tone and strengthen the entire body. This fitness program does not include aerobics. Hand weights, dynabands or stability balls may be used.

Gentle Fitness

If you are looking for a low impact cardio workout this class is right for you! Light aerobics, stretching and work with hand weights, dynabands and stability balls are all included.
This class is great for seniors or for those just beginning their exercise program.

Supersonic Strive
Have you visited our Strive center? This class guides you through a Strive workout that is sure to show fast results. It’s as easy as “1-2-3”. This group class teaches you all that you need to know to get the very most out of a Strive workout.

Boot Camp
This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. Step platform work is often incorporated. Get started now and have fun while losing weight, toning those muscles, increasing your endurance and gaining self confidence!
